POSITION DESCRIPTION
Misión:
Reportando al Payroll and HR Admin Team Leader, es responsable de las operaciones de Recursos Humanos en la Planta de Burgos, para la mejora y eficiencia de los procesos de administración de personal, así como la definición de soluciones y su implementación, dentro del sistema de gestión diaria de Recursos Humanos.

Formación y experiencia:
Formación universitaria: Estudios de diplomatura de RRLL, Licenciatura en Ciencias de Trabajo o Administración y dirección de empresas o Grado universitario en Relaciones laborales y Recursos Humanos.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamentos de Recursos Humanos, análisis y mejora de procesos en entornos industriales.
Habilidades:
Inglés B2
Paquete office (Excel) Nivel Avanzado
