Offering a broad range of sustainable, experience-packed adventures, we're proud to be one of the largest travel B-Corps, committed to being the best travel company for the planet.Responsibilities of a People Partner / HR Partner include recruitment, induction, managing the people management cycle (performance reviews, development planning, survey responses), statutory reporting, and employee records management/compliance. Key deliverables include enabling managers to optimise staff performance through tools, systems, coaching, and support.As part of the management team, the People Partner supports regional GMs and functional managers with leader training and engagement activities. They also collaborate with Global People teams and other Global teams to implement policies and best practices.Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational HR, handling full generalist duties in Spain and other West European countries.Proven experience in managing industry relations, including negotiations with trade unions and bargaining councils.Fluent in both English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language (Italian, Portuguese, or French) is a plus.In-depth knowledge and practical application of modern HR procedures and practices.Ability to interpret and apply local labor regulations, policies, and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, including expertise in interviewing.This is a full-time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week in our office in Valencia, Spain.Our people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit:Intrepid is made up of 58 nationalities across 46 countries, and we recognise that diversity makes us a stronger business.
