People Organization & Analytics PartnerWhat are we looking forThis role, in support of the People Analytics mission to scale data availability and analysis across the organization, will be responsible for developing automated, robust dashboards that enable business leaders to access critical information to inform their decision-making to improve our people practice including inclusion & diversity, talent acquisition, compensation, retention, and development.
Additionally, this role will support the design of the organizational model that aligns with business needs for the potential evolution of the Company.
Furthermore, will ensure the quality and accuracy of the People data.
What you will do- Work with cross-functional teams to understand broader reporting and analytics needs.
- Design, build, and deliver dashboards and reports that enable the business to monitor and analyze trends in people data (e.g., engagement, turnover, mobility).
- Prioritize the stakeholder experience in overseeing our suite of HR dashboards and reports.
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute our People decisions by translating People issues into questions and hypotheses that can be tested and modeled with data.
- Partner with HR Technology and People teams to ensure high data integrity and maintenance; perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Produce ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Participate in managing the organizational structure in the HRIS.
What you need to succeedProfessional Experience
3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience working in Data-related departments, preferably in PEOPLE/HR business units. Experience as a DATA Analyst business consultant, having developed HR Data Analysis related projects, or as a DATA Analyst within an HR department in a large organization.
Educational Background
Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics. Other degrees may be considered subject to showing solid experience in this area. An MBA or Masters in HR & Organization will be a plus.
Knowledge
Expertise in PowerBI, utilizing complex people data in multi-disciplined organizations, HR steering systems and tools, and agile working methods. Fluent in Spanish and English.
Others
Position based in Cantoria (Almeria) or Madrid. Some travel required.
