We are looking for passionate changemakers to be a part of our journey in this expansive time for us.How you'll contribute • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies• Assist in preparing and administering employment documents, ensuring all employee data isaccurate and up to date• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Personio)• Provide a day-to-day support in HR area (employment contracts, payroll, absenteeism, trainingactions, onboarding and offboarding)• Support in benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.• Support the implementation and optimization of HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with HR department and stakeholders.• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, timeliness, and completeness by monitoring the delivery of the projects.• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR Admin• Be a trusted partner of local stakeholders within HR, Finance, Legal and Business• Leaders, via frequent communication, feedback and problem solving• Prepare and provide analysis and reporting on various HR topics• Cross countries alignment on HR specific topics, ensuring data quality and delivering HR processesalong the HR life cycle• Help the region (Europe) to streamline processes, driving consistency to ensure that localvariances regulations are included making recommendations to ensure improvements.What you'll bring • At least 5 years of experience in HR administration role or similar.• Proficiency in Personio or similar HRIS platforms.• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.• English.What we will offer By being part of the team, you will be in a company that wants more than to become one of theleaders in the industry.
