You will handle a blend of cultural and administrative People & Culture tasks, working closely with the People and Culture team.This is a temporary position to cover for maternity leave, offering you a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a short time frame (8 months position).Some of your key responsibilities will include:Championing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, retention and overall wellbeing.Managing day-to-day People & Culture tasks with a balance of cultural and administrative focus.Supporting the People & Culture Manager with strategic projects and initiatives that enhance both culture and operations.Developing and refining our policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.Managing employee leave with meticulous attention to detail.Building and embedding strong People & Culture foundations for the company's growth.What do you need to succeed?You have 3+ years of experience within a People & Culture operations roleYou've done your studies in the field of Labor Relations or Human ResourcesYou have a strong HR generalist skill setYou have excellent knowledge of Dutch employment legislation; Spanish is a plus.You are able to keep an overview and set the right prioritiesDuring rapid changes and high demand of work you know how to keep your coolYou have experience of working with an HRISYou can speak and write professional EnglishYou are able to work with a high degree of autonomyYou are good at planning and organizingYou can handle confidential and sensitive information well and have a great sense of responsibilityWhat do we offer?Training and mentoring to support your professional developmentInternational atmosphereFlexible workingCollaborative work environment and positive culture26 holidays per year pro rataIf you are ready to bring your expertise to our team, we would love to meet you.
