THE ROLE We're looking for a People Support Center Specialist specialized in UK administration & payroll to join our People Operations Team.
This role will be part of Wella's People Operation Centre and you will report to the People Operations Leader.
Functions will be: Full ownership of payroll process and HRIS administration, working collaboratively with the local People Team and People Operations Leader.
Forming and maintaining employee records following the end-to-end employee life cycle, such as employment contracts, starter packs, leaver letters, etc.
