As we scale, we're looking for a People Operations Specialist to build and streamline our HR and people operations functions, ensuring we have the foundation to grow effectively while taking care of our greatest asset—our people.As The People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR support for our U.S.-based employees while coordinating HR operations for our Spanish and Mexican entities.
You'll oversee everything from onboarding to compliance to culture-building initiatives, wearing multiple hats to keep our people and processes running smoothly.We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and has a passion for creating efficient, employee-centric systems.What you'll do:HR AdministrationOwn the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee record management.Manage compliance with U.S. HR laws and regulations, ensuring employee handbooks, policies, and procedures are always up-to-date.Support and coordinate people and HR operations, liaising with local legal and entity management to ensure compliance with local employment laws.Coordinate employee benefits (U.S. and foreign), including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.People OperationsManage HR tools, systems, and platforms to ensure efficiency (HRIS, payroll, and benefits software).Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
