Role mission: As the People Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the employees within the US and the People Operations team globally with the administration of all employee life cycle matters, including but not limited to, new hires, probations, and leaver documentation. This is a fast-paced role where no day is the same. Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end processes for the US team, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, collaborating closely with Global Talent Team. Provide guidance and support to team leads and employees on People-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Maintain effective systems to manage employee data, payroll, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys to gauge job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Organize and manage local team meet-ups, events, and workshops in the US. Support a fair and transparent performance management process, providing guidance to managers. Coordinate the procurement and distribution of necessary equipment Working with Legal and Compliance Teams, ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in USA, updating policies and procedures as needed
