About the team As a People Operations and Culture Business Partner, you will be supporting the People team in achieving its objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the employee lifecycle. You will provide support, tools and resources for BMATers to face their challenges well-equipped and based in the vision, values and the BMAT touch, making you an integral part of our team.
IMPORTANT: This is a Barcelona based position, although we love the flexibility of working anywhere anytime and anyplace, this time we need someone who lives nearby the HQ or have easy access to the offices. Key Responsibilities Supporting and guiding all BMATers in their daily queries and requests. Support the salary review process implementation. Support the payroll process together with the payroll specialist Ensure local legislation compliance in the countries where BMAT operates or has collaborators. Manage global and local benefits and keep compensation policies and practices up to date. Keep HRIS and other relevant files up to date. Prepare and analyse information from HRIS to implement and drive changes. Collect all the information needed for payroll updates and contract changes dealing with the external provider for accurate information. Support any People projects and initiatives along with your team colleagues. Manage de off-boarding processes and the administrative tasks related (exit interviews, accesses, documentation…) Collaboration and Team DynamicsYou will collaborate closely with the People team, manager and all BMATers. In order to handle the employee lifecycle and provide the support, tools and resources for facilitating a calm and focused work environment, allowing the team to concentrate on meeting company objectives. These collaborations are pivotal for achieving our organisational goals and ensuring effective communication and alignment across different areas of the company.

All about you You are passionate about music, people and music people. You have, a t least, 2-3 years of experience in People Operations at an international level including some experience or payroll knowledge. Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, external partners and vendors. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Demonstrate strong organisational skills. You're an independent worker, proactive, collaborative team player and feel comfortable taking initiative in an ever-changing environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan is highly appreciated, but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role is located in Barcelona. Local candidates are preferred, but remote work arrangements may be considered.
