About the role:
As a People Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping seamless HR operations, managing payroll, employee data, and benefits, all while ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience.
What will be your impact:
Accurately process payroll, including bonuses, overtime, salary adjustments, and resolve payroll queries.
Maintain HRIS with updated employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage leaves, benefits, contracts, and health and safety programs while optimizing HR processes.
Support HR policies, address employee inquiries, and assist with departmental projects.
Maintain salary benchmarks, reporting, and contribute to improving HR operations.
You would be a great fit if you have:
Experience in HR operations and payroll, ideally for a company with 100+ employees.
Skilled in payroll cycle management, bonuses, leave tracking, and reporting.
Proficient with HRIS, payroll tools (e.g., Personio, PayFit), and Google Sheets.
Expertise in improving HR processes.
Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
Strong knowledge of labor laws in Spain and France; familiarity with other European and US laws is an advantage.
Discreet in handling confidential information.
