We're currently looking for an HR INTERN to join our Legal Team in Barcelona.
This is an internship role aimed at people currently studying a Law degree or a Labour Relations degree in a Catalan University. If you're studying a master's degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you need to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish University.
As an HR Assistant, you will:
Assist in the daily operations of the Legal department.
Compile and update employee records and documentation.
Prepare and deliver contractual documentation (extensions, changes in the contractual conditions, etc).
Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA system.
Manage HR/Legal related queries according to internal procedures as well as the applicable labour law regulations.
Provide support to other department procedures as required.
Requirements
Studying Law or Labour Relations in a Catalan university. If you're studying a master's degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you need to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish University.
Able to make an internship agreement with your university.
Living in Barcelona, or within commuting distance.
Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Organizational skills.
Very strong attention to detail.
Experience is good to have, but not a requirement. You do need to be motivated though, and a fast learner!
Benefits
Internship contract with your university. The duration will depend on how many hours you can use, and the salary will be the one stipulated by your University for this type of contract.
Schedule: Full time, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday - the schedule will be some weeks working 8am to 4pm, and other weeks working 9am to 6pm.
Hybrid working model: once concluded your initial training, you will be able to work from the office 2 days per week, and from home the rest of the days.
