Join us & contribute to a vibrant & innovative culture!We're currently looking for an HR INTERN to join our Legal Team in Barcelona.This is an internship role aimed at people currently studying a Law degree or a Labour Relations degree in a Catalan University.
If you're studying a masters degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you heed to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish UniversityAs an HR Assistant, you will:Assist in the daily operations of the Legal department:Compile and update employee records and documentation.Prepare and deliver contractual documentation (extensions, changes in the contractual conditions, etc)Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA systemManage HR/Legal related queries according to internal procedures as well as the applicable labour law regulationsTo provide support to other department procedures as requiredRequirementsStudying Law or Labour Relations in a Catalan university.
