We're currently looking for an HR INTERN to join our Legal Team in Barcelona. This is an internship role aimed at people currently studying a Law degree or a Labour Relations degree in a Catalan University. If you're studying a masters degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you heed to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish UniversityAs an HR Assistant, you will: Assist in the daily operations of the Legal department: Compile and update employee records and documentation. Prepare and deliver contractual documentation (extensions, changes in the contractual conditions, etc) Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA system Manage HR/Legal related queries according to internal procedures as well as the applicable labour law regulations To provide support to other department procedures as required Requirements Studying Law or Labour Relations in a Catalan university. If you're studying a masters degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you heed to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish University Able to make an internship agreement with your university. Living in Barcelona, or within commuting distance Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written Able to maintain strict confidentiality. Organizational skills Very strong attention to detail Experience is good to have, but not a requirement. You do need to be motivated though, and a fast learner !
