We are looking for someone to be part of the digital transformation in the People Department through the implementation of Workday.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are: Helping to shape and drive forward the digital transformation in human resources and the change of Human Resources/ People processes in Saica Group.
Knowledge of the current processes of the People department at Group level.
In-depth knowledge of Workday and its modules.
Analysis of the processes of the People department in the future and its adaptation to Workday, proposing improvements.
Collaborate in the process of design, testing, and the go live of each module.
Preparation of training material and support in resolving doubts and suggestions that may come from users.
Analysis of the latest trends in Digital learning and its implementation in the company, analyzing the needs of each department, business area, and Group in general, aligned with the Company's Strategic Plan and its future projects.
Requirements : Degree level in technical or business studies, or any discipline that gives insight into Human Resources processes and data analysis.
Human Resources processes knowledge will be valued.
Desirable knowledge of Big Data, People Analytics.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high problem-solving ability.
Experience in working in international environments and teams as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of English (C1 level).
