Act as the expert delivering coaching in talent and performance management, employee relations, and change management. Influence and inspire Leaders by championing the company's core values.Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business & talent needs.Lead the implementation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and partnering with managers on follow-through actions.Management of works councils, unions, and employee reps, facilitating changes to CBA.Independently guide managers through Employee Relations cases and determine approaches/minding of precedents.Lead implementation of EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by the HR managers.Provide manager coaching and advice on complex people matters (e.g. performance, absence, conduct).Support HR managers with organizational design and change management projects.Hold business accountable for upholding culture and behaviors.Create & simplify policies and support application by the business (e.g. through coaching).Make recommendations on compensation offers.Compile and analyze people data metrics and provide recommendations.Qualifications, skills & experience 5 - 8 years' HR experience.Ideally some experience as a senior advisor/business partner.Employment legislation understanding for European countries; Spain essential, other countries and Italy would be beneficial.Negotiating and dealing with elected employee reps, Spanish Unions, and CBAs.Fluent Spanish and English speaker.Experience leading Employee Relations cases in Spain.
