Animalcare is a partner for companies selling into and across Europe.Your RoleAs our People & Culture Officer Spain, you'll play a key role in managing payroll administration, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting employees locally.
This is a half-time position (50%) ideal for professionals seeking a flexible work schedule while working in a dynamic, multinational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate payroll processes with an external provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support legal compliance by maintaining employee records and monitoring labor law changes.Be the go-to person for local recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.Enhance HR operations through performance management, benefits administration, and process improvements.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR and legal support.What You Bring? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.? 3+ years of experience in payroll, labor relations, and HR administration (experience with external providers preferred).? Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and tax regulations.? Proficiency in Spanish and English.? Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors.?
