About the Role As the People & Culture Manager, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to craft and implement strategies that drive organisational success, enhance employee experiences, and ensure compliance. From workforce planning and mobilisation to enterprise bargaining, your expertise will be central to shaping our people-first culture.
Key Areas of Impact:
Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR initiatives with business goals while partnering with executives and site leaders.Compliance Excellence: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in line with Employment Law.Workforce Innovation: Manage workforce planning, mobilisation, and tender processes to support large-scale projects.Enterprise Bargaining Leadership: Lead enterprise agreements and represent the business in legal forums like the Fair Work Commission.Data-Driven Decisions: Harness HR metrics to optimise workforce strategies and decision-making.What You Bring Proven Leadership: Significant experience in senior HR roles within contract mining, construction, or earthmoving.Academic Credentials: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in ER/IR, recruitment, performance management, and enterprise agreements.Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Why Join Us?
