We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our team at Carey Mining's Head Office in Malaga. This role is crucial in shaping our workforce, enhancing employee experiences, and driving HR governance while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: Partner with executives and site managers to align HR practices with Carey Group's strategic business goals.Policy & Compliance: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, remuneration, and performance management policies, ensuring compliance with Employment Law.Workforce Planning & Mobilisation: Lead workforce planning, employee mobilisation/demobilisation, and tender preparation.Enterprise Bargaining & Legal Representation: Coordinate enterprise agreements and represent Carey Mining at the Fair Work Commission and WorkSafe.Data-Driven Insights: Analyse HR metrics to guide operational decisions and improve workforce strategies.What We're Looking For: HR Leadership Experience: Proven track record in senior HR roles within mining, construction, or earthmoving.Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development, or a related field.Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in ER/IR, recruitment, performance management, and enterprise bargaining.Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.What's in It for You?
