Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Experience working with multiple markets within the EU.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to liaise with internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications : Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information System (HRIS) systems for reporting.

Responsibilities : Deliver consultations around a variety of people topics aligned to the People Operations (POps) services such as reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, change management/transformation.
Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a product area, market, or HR service line via dynamic consultations.
Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive improvements in people processes, for input or buy-in from executive leaders when needed.
Identify key business/product, market, or HR service lines that require change, activate/leverage People Experience/POps stakeholders, and drive cross-team collaboration to improve the Googlers experience.
