Your mission Your mission will be to collaborate with different areas to identify and satisfy talent needs, manage selection processes and improve the experience and well-being of employees, contributing to the development and success of the organization.
Responsibilities Conducting end-to-end selection processes for Trainees across different departments.Managing internship agreements with universities.Coordinate with Talent the Company trainee Program (Find your Spark)Acting as a reference point for Trainees and monitoring their progress to ensure expectations are met.Collaborating with different business areas to identify needs and define solutions in terms of People processes.Supporting HRBPs in strategizing and implementing cross-functional projects.Planning onboarding processes for new hires.Assisting in selection processes for junior profiles.Working with other teams in the People department on projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and well-being.Why Ferrer? Who is eager to learn and contribute new ideas.Possibility of making an agreement with the university for 8/12 months full-time.Start date: August 2024
