In this role, you will:
Build strong relationships with leaders in the Operations organization to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance. Support in driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals, such as workforce planning, talent management and succession, annual performance cycle, and employee engagement strategies. Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance to leaders on people management, organizational design, and team development. Liaise with our Employment Relations team to ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies while supporting a fair and consistent approach to decision-making. Collaborate with other HR (People) Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g.
Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent & Organisational Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as change management, DE&I efforts, or process optimization. Use HR metrics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making within our team as well as our stakeholders. Address employee relations matters and support conflict resolution in a constructive manner. What you need to be successful:
Background:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a compliance-driven or operational environment. Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and influence. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters. A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in managing or contributing to HR projects and initiatives. A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations within Germany & Spain is a plus. Any previous experience working with German Works Councils is an even bigger plus! What's in it for you:
