RolePeople Business Partner
This is a temporary fixed-term role to cover a planned absence.
ResponsibilitiesBuilding strong working relationships with managers and employees, developing an understanding of their specific needs, providing high quality, timely and accurate advice and guidance as required.Provide guidance on performance management, compensation review, improve work relationships, increase engagement and retention.Support managers with advice and guidance on employee lifecycle issues to include redundancies, probation pass/extend/fail and Performance Improvement Plans.Oversee and maintain talent pipeline, guiding managers through the end-to-end recruitment process. Remain the point of contact between outsourced TA Partner and Bango, and be the escalation point for queries from either side.Contributing to organisational decisions impacting employees.Planning and implementing of restructuring and change management projects in collaboration with the People leadership team.Leading a small team of People Operations advisors.Support the People Operations Team with managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
