Your focus will be on fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand business objectives and develop people strategies that support these goals and drive a positive employee experience.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies that align with company policies and values.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Support managers in providing effective feedback and coaching.Talent Development: Identify training and development needs and work with the Learning and Development team to implement programs that enhance employee skills and career growth
