You will work closely with other functions within the People team to implement HR programs, provide expert advice, and ensure that our people strategies align with business goals, and have line management responsibility for People Operations. Your focus will be on fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.Essential Duties Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand business objectives and develop people strategies that support these goals and drive a positive employee experience Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies that align with company policies and values Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Support managers in providing effective feedback and coaching Talent Development: Identify training and development needs and work with the Learning and Development team to implement programs that enhance employee skills and career growth Organisational Development: Assist in organisational design and change management initiatives to ensure the company structure supports strategic goals Recruitment and Retention: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute recruitment strategies. Support efforts to attract and retain top talent Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging in partnership with the Workplace Experience Team Compensation and Benefits: Provide insights and recommendations on compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilise data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to leadership Compliance: In partnership with People Operations and Legal, ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures as needed RequirementsQualifications (Knowledge, Skills Abilities) Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Experience with HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Lives the Datamaran Core Values: Performance Driven, Collaborative, Agile and Committed! Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
