.In this role, you will:* Build strong relationships with leaders in the Operations organization to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance.
* Support in driving people-focused initiatives that align with organizational goals, such as workforce planning, talent management and succession, annual performance cycle, and employee engagement strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance to leaders on people management, organizational design, and team development.
* Liaise with our Employment Relations team to ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies while supporting a fair and consistent approach to decision-making.
* Collaborate with other HR (People) Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.G.
Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent & Organisational Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
* Support HR projects and initiatives, such as change management, DE&I efforts, or process optimization.
* Use HR metrics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making within our team as well as our stakeholders.
* Address employee relations matters and support conflict resolution in a constructive manner.What you need to be successful:Background:* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a compliance-driven or operational environment.Skills:* Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and influence.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Experience in managing or contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
* A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations within Germany & Spain is a plus.
