.About Orain is a pioneering Saa S Fintech company revolutionizing the offline micropayments industry with a comprehensive 360o intelligent solution.Our mission is to create innovative, secure, and sustainable solutions that cater to the needs of both users and merchants.We are committed to enabling the digitization of payments, enhancing sales point management, and delivering a unique user experience.Scope & Responsibilities This role aims to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to the company's strategic growth through effective recruitment processes, employee development, and the implementation of HR initiatives.The People Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition efforts across various teams, including our tech division, by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.Additionally, the People Analyst will be involved in broader HR responsibilities such as employee development, cultural initiatives, performance management, and process improvement, ensuring a holistic approach to the company's human resource needs.Ensure full coverage of vacancies and hiring by collaborating with hiring managers, particularly focusing on tech roles, to understand staffing needs and ensuring alignment with company standards and culture.Utilize multiple channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the processes.Actively participate in the creation of the area's processes, including development, training, and culture initiatives.Contribute to the development and maintenance of company culture by creating and participating in various HR initiatives and events.Assist in the creation of new processes and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the HR function.Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.Address employee concerns and resolve inquiries or questions in a fair and efficient manner.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.Experience & Skills At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech roles.Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with fast pace.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategy.Fluent in Spanish and English.Other languages such as Italian, Portuguese, or French are a plus.Microsoft / Google suite (excel, ppt) We'd love to meet with you if you: Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Highly motivated person to learn and build a career within HR
