Privalia Pink&Pack, part of the Veepee Group, has a 48,000 square metre warehouse in the town of Santa Oliva in Tarragona.
The company's activity is the liquidation of stocks of top brands on the market.
In our warehouse in Santa Oliva we work with more than 400 people in different positions,
all of them with a strong sense of teamwork, belonging, flexibility and the desire to improve and develop all of them.
?? JOB DESCRIPTION : You will be part of the center's HR team, whose mission is to offer advice and response in labor matters to workers, as well as be present throughout the workers' entire work cycle.
?? TASKS You will focus your activity mainly on:
Ensure the availability of personnel based on existing recruitment and selection needs through temporary employment agencies.
Management, processing and administrative control of everything associated with the employment relationship (contracts, management of embargoes, control of absenteeism, holidays, etc...).
Management and control of the centrer's personnel costs.
Work on the preparation of the main HR indicators (absenteeism, staff book, costs).
Control and management of staff attendance.
Leave administration and control.
?? MUST HAVE skills Higher education (Law, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology).
Preferably experienced in the position (1 to 3 years).
Master's degree in HR or related fields is desirable.
Essential intermediate level of English (B1/B2).
Advanced computer skills like Excel. Google sites experience is a plus.
Working days from Monday to Friday.
Permanent contract (3 months trial period).
22 working days holiday entitlement.
