As a member of our EU Shared Procurement Center (SPC) team, you will support the EU procurement and business teams by delivering operational purchasing tasks and assignments.
This role will report to the Shared Procurement Center Manager.Main Scope:To provide functional support to the Fulfillment Center (FC) Procurement network for operational and administrative tasks.
This includes daily execution of purchasing orders and/or document creation, delivery tracking and escalation, invoice and supplier master data management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key Job Responsibilities:Process daily purchase requisitions, remedy tickets, and web requisitionsProcess invoice queries and reconciliationPoint of contact for some outside vendors/manufacturersAdministrate Purchase Order process (includes filing, tracking, etc.
)Set up and maintain supplier master data for procurement networkWork in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction policyProactively manage and decrease the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure-to-pay processSupport Kaizen and continuous improvement projectsKey Performance Indicators:Meet service level agreements (SLA) for standard tasks (e.g.
