The Store Project Manager is a target-driven and project professional, who will take responsibility to implement the store standard to the retail network and store audit in Spanish & Portuguese markets in accordance with BYD dealership store standard.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities: Be responsible for all aspects of BYD store CI standard implementation including exterior and interior decoration, visual merchandising and window display, etc.
in coordination with Dealer Network Development department.
Coordinate the project through all phases: from kick off, project feasibility analysis, layout, and zoning development, approval process through various stakeholders, up to final opening.
Manage the processes and communication between several internal parties acting as a main point of reference and coordination with external architecture studios.
Corporate Image (CI) store material management, including tracking the material production and delivery.
Implement and control visual merchandising, display, and vendor communication.
Review construction drawings to ensure consistency with projects and concepts, from preliminary submission up to final construction.
Coordinate the activities of various suppliers and vendors, and assure timeline is being respected and aligned with brand's objectives.
Execute final inspection and audit before opening, to ensure quality and CI standard requirements.
Participate in post-project analysis and discussions.
Work on the continuous updates of the design guidelines and processes.
Key Results: CI standard implementation Store Audit Project management Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: 5 years of working experience in retail store design and/or construction management.
Experience in dealer store CI management in the automotive industry is a plus.
Education background: design, construction, management.
Architect or technical architect training.
Knowledge and proficiency software suites, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and ability to produce design presentations efficiently.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
Resilient and open-minded, result-orientated.
Excellent knowledge of English, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
EU driver license.
Willing to travel on a frequent basis within the territory and abroad, close to 60% of your time.
