Pbf698 Pv Site Warehouse Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
Performs the overall activity of receiving, storing, and handing over goods and materials to and from the facility's warehouse.
Controls the quantity and quality of goods and materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
Monitors the proper storage of the goods and materials received in the facility's warehouse and immediately informs his direct manager in case of detected irregularities.
Reflects and archives the movement of stocks in the warehouse program as well as in the company's database.
Participates in the process of purchasing small materials during construction in coordination with the project team.
Profile:
Experience in materials management in warehouse and/or as on-site; experience in construction and/or photovoltaics preferred.
Language: strong command of Spanish and English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), warehouse program; experience with ERP is an advantage.
Pursuit of administrative orderliness.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
Attention to details, responsibility, and organization.
