This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.We look forward to meeting you!**Job description**:The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training activities with the use of the Learning Management System (LMS),such as trainings' organization, designing the training materials and communication with trainers and learners.**The Training Coordinator is responsible for all or part of these areas**:- Assisting in planning and creating the training courses through the Learning Management system (LMS)- Monitoring participants' learning progress- Being responsible for the training materials' design- Helping on the creation and deployment of communication plans- Providing support to trainers and learners regarding logistic questions- Gathering and analyzing data linked to trainings- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology,Human Resources or related field- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team- Exceptional organizational skills; good attention to details; analytic skills- Ability to work independently; problem solving; proactive; flexible- You speak fluent English, other languages are a plus- Knowledgeable about learning management systems is a plus
