In addition, you have:
Background in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration or similar.
Desirable previous experience managing a team.
Experience in communicating and working with international teams.
Experience in performing payroll duties with background in all payroll-processing activities.
Experience in managing employees' allowances and benefits such as insurance, pension schemes, meal vouchers, etc.
Fluent in English, advanced German/French will be a plus.
International background (either studying or working abroad) would be a plus.
You also are:
Good listener: listens to the needs of stakeholders and the team to drive the best solution.
Detail Oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to do it well.
Time Management efficient: concentrates efforts on most important priorities and uses time effectively and efficiently.

Managing, supervising, and reviewing all the activities performed in the Payroll EMEAA team.
Leading, controlling, coordinating, and coaching the team.
Assisting the team with the payroll monthly tasks.
Analyzing and detecting improvement in end-to-end processes.
