As we grow our Nordic organization in Spain, we're seeking candidates who thrive on change and see opportunities where others might see challenges.
What you will do: · Master the entire Nordic payroll process from start to finish.
· Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers' daily operations.
· Help shape tomorrow's payroll services using cutting-edge technology.
· Participate in onboarding new customers and contributing to our service growth.
Who you are: · You have at least two to three years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes · You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.
· Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
· You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.
· You're fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus) · You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.
· You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
· You're adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new.
· You have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the challenges faced by growing businesses.
· You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.
