Job DescriptionTo keep our several international payrolls running smoothly, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team. While our team is based in Breda (NL), we are open to remote candidates located in France, Italy or Spain.ResponsibilitiesAs a Payroll Specialist at Ritchie Bros. you are responsible for multiple complex payrolls across the EMEA and APAC region. You will manage the full cycle payroll ensuring that calculations are provided accurate and salaries are paid on time.Together with your colleagues of the payroll team, most of them located in the Breda office, your main responsibility is the processing, reviewing and reconciliation of payrolls, assuring their accuracy, compliance and timelines. Our definition of complex payroll is when you work for various legal entities spread over several countries which, of course, have their own set of rules regarding compliancy. Taking into account that Ritchie Bros. has an ever-changing global presence and therefore setting up expats is part of your task, there is no week without challenges.You will assist in accounting for all payroll related costs. You will add payroll entries into the general ledger, either manually or files that have been prepared by our payroll vendor.
