In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of countries within LATAM and EMEA regions; experience working in these regions is a must.
You will be part of the international Finance team based in the Netherlands and you will be reporting to the Senior International Payroll Manager based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
This is a full-time position based in Madrid or Lisbon.
Your Day-to-Day: Responsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls within tight deadlines.Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packages.Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data.Responding to all colleagues' enquiries.Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.Familiar with SOX controls.Responsible for process documentation and update for the processes owned ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, collective labor agreement and company policies.Performing reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.Support various internal and external audits.Continuously look to improve the efficiency of day-to-day payroll operations through work processes improvements.What You Bring to The Team: Experience working in Payroll in more than one European and LATAM countries.Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an international environment.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese languages is a must have.Attention to detail and accuracy in every aspect of the role is essential.Knowledge of SuccessFactors and Dayforce (desired but not essential).Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member with a proactive approach.Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders including local payroll providers.Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).10% availability to travel.About Bentley Systems: Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
