Job Description:
The payroll specialistwill have to independently manage the payroll processing cycle and the administrative obligations relating to the management of the personnel of the assigned customer package

Task andRequirements:

• Customer support and assistance;
• Monthly preparation of payslips and drafting of the Single Labor Book
• Management of placement-related practices (hiring, transformation, and termination of employment relationships)
• Management of annual obligations concerning the management of employee personnel (CU and 770 forms, Inail self-assessments - F24) and periodic obligations (Uniemens)
• Strong motivation, precision in the assigned task, and compliance with deadlines is required.

Important to have:
-Excellent use of the PC and Office programs, in particular Excel, is required.
-Relational and empathetic skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
-Required: Experience: at least 3 years
- Italian Language - C2
