Also, will support the HR BP to carry out all the department related activities, ensuring the goals set for the function are achieved and exceeded. He/She also ensures the smooth and efficient workflow, according with Xylem policies and procedures.Essential Duties:Administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Country specific administration of day-to-day tasks (translations, policy updating, information gathering, etc.).Understand and hands-on about the learning and training plan.Provide HR solutions support, advice and consultation to employees. Provides tools and information to support effective delivery of HR services and processes (Workday, XLC and all HR related tools).Gather and analyze HR and client feedback and diagnoses business / people issues to partner with HR BP in developing and implementing solutions.Provide support in implementing training and development programs. Cooperate with external consulting companies. Organize local trainings and classrooms; keep tracking of training records and registers; gather and prepare the documentation needed to be compliant with the funded training.Keep HR data, files and documents stored and updated; Support the HR BPto carry out the recruiting activities, by updating the job descriptions, attending job interviews and ensuring cv's are stored and removed if no longer needed, in accordance with GDPR legislation.Ensure the onboarding activities are scheduled and executed in time, as per business needs.Contribute to arrange internal communications and to organize employee events, watermark events, DE&I activities.Being involved in all other HR related tasks, is the point of contact for employee requests and questions.Support the HR BP in implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR department.Is the primary back up, in case of HR BP absence, to provide general support.Manage all the tasks related to the function that manager may request per business needs.Minimum Qualifications:Master's Degree or equivalent skills in Human Resources, BA, labor law or related fieldNative Spanish Fluent English, Portuguese is a plusAdvance knowledge in Microsoft Office – mainly in Excel sheets and databaseAccuracy and methodologyHigh level of discretion and confidentialityOpen-mindedMultitaskingPro-active attitudeGood sense of humorWorkdayLOCATION: MadridCONTRACT: Fixed termBENEFIT: health insurance, life insurance, an attractive flexi work option
