Principales Responsabilidades
Proporcionar soporte y orientación funcional diariamente al equipo para procesar la nómina de principio a fin para garantizar que se entreguen según los calendarios de procesamiento acordados y según los KPI establecidos.
Conocimientos requeridos
2-3 años de experiencia realizando esta tarea.
Conocimientos de HRIS: se prefieren conocimientos SAP, seguros sociales e impuestos.
Deseable
Experiencia trabajando con datos de recursos humanos y nómina con amplios conocimientos en conciliación de seguros sociales e inglés nivel intermedio.
