The working language within the team is Dutch and internally within ADP, English.
It is therefore important that, in addition to Dutch, you also have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
What are you going to do?
As a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Specialist at ADP, you will be responsible for the payroll administration of various Dutch organizations.
You will be the first point of contact for customers from your own portfolio, unburdening ADP's customers by supporting, advising, and guiding them in the processing of payroll.
You will also be responsible for: Assessing the submitted mutations for correctness and processability in terms of laws and regulations.
Advising your client on changes in collective labor agreements and laws and regulations.
Supporting the implementation of new schemes.
The accuracy and timeliness of your customers' payroll processing.
Payroll tax returns and all registrations and deregistrations with various authorities.
Maintaining frequent contact with your customer to ensure proper payroll processing.
Identifying improvements that can be made in the payroll processing process, including automation of schemes and improving the delivery process of mutations.

In addition, we are looking for someone with: A Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL) and/or Professional Training in Payroll Services (VPS), or a willingness to obtain them.
Experience in a role within payroll and/or payroll administration is a plus, but not a requirement.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Experience within an accountancy and/or payroll processing firm is an advantage.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
