We value diversity and inclusion and people who challenge the status quo to make the world a better place.The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in our fantastic HR Team as Payroll Specialist supporting the preparation of an accurate and timely payroll for our employees in Spain.This is a Fixed-Term Contract opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively liaise with all relevant stakeholders (Recruitment, Product, Operations, HR and Finance) to ensure all payroll inputs are received accurately and on time for submission to our payroll provider.Process payroll for our employees (up to 3000) and ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time, including social security contributions and withholdings taxes.Review output reports from the payroll provider, ensuring all instructions have been correctly interpreted and processed 100% accurately.Reconcile all tax and social security deductions, ensuring they are filed and paid accurately and on time.Ensure all employees are paid in accordance with the payroll schedule.Manage detailed payroll check lists and prepare for Manager review at submission, pre-approval, month end and annual end stages.Manage and analyse our payroll data to ensure accuracy and provide key information to other teams in the business (eg. Finance).Manage our People Portals (ticketing systems) and respond to payroll queries timely and in a way that aligns with our values.Check accuracy of GL outputs and manage query resolution.Actively participate in team meetings and training exercises.Remain updated in payroll legislation and self-develop through our Talent Development library.Your Profile & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Labour relations, Law or similar - an advantage.2-3 years payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead by example.Excellent interpersonal skills empathic, approachable, open and direct; develops effective working relationships with staff at all levels.Organised with a high level of attention to detail and good analytical and numeracy skills.Good Excel knowledge (Pivots and VLookups).Good Level of English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
