You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for employees and contractors across various entities and international jurisdictions. This role requires a strong understanding of international tax regulations, withholding procedures, and social security contributions. You will be a strategic partner to the People Operations and Finance teams, ensuring adherence to labor laws and driving continuous improvement in payroll processes.What you will do…Global Payroll Processing:Assist with the payroll function, including payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.Possess an understanding of international tax regulations, withholding procedures, and social security contributions across relevant jurisdictions.Stay abreast of changing global payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.Strategic Partnership:Collaborate with People Operations and other departments to ensure alignment of payroll processes with HR policies and company strategy.Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve overall efficiency.System Management:Maintain payroll software systems to optimize efficiency and data security.Create SOPs for each global payroll processConfigure payroll systems to accommodate diverse global payroll needs.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and tax reporting requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.Prepare and submit accurate and timely payroll reportsMaintain meticulous payroll records for audit purposes.Communication & Problem-Solving:Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding payroll matters.Address payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Develop and implement clear communication strategies to keep employees informed of payroll updates and processes.About YouWe're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team! Ability to navigate the system efficiently, process payroll data accurately, and generate reports.Working knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday, ADPStrong analytical skills and organizational skillsProficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office ie.
