Position We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process for our global workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and regulations across different regions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements. Maintain and update payroll records and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve any issues. Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management and auditing purposes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a multinational company. Proficiency in payroll software and systems; experience with ADP, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
