The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leading brand. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global HR, you will work in a standalone position delivering day to day payroll support across the UK and EU Operations. As the Payroll Manager, you will be managing and ensuring the end-to-end payroll process is managed effectively and seamlessly. We're looking for an experienced individual with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. What to expect: Responsibility for managing the monthly payroll processing for ADP across UK and EU payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance. In collaboration with ADP, ensure adherence to operational best practices to meet payroll calendar deadlines. Maintaining accurate payroll records and submitting all relevant changes in a timely manner. Presenting accurate and concise payroll reports and data analysis to key stakeholders to. Completing all RTI (Real Time Information) submissions to HMRC on time. Maintaining accurate pension contribution records and liaising with our pension provider as required. Be the key point of contact for all payroll queries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner. Evaluating payroll processes and optimising areas for improvement in line with relevant legislative changes. What they are looking for: Proven experience managing payroll in the UK and EU. Proven experience of managing the entire payroll cycle for an international business. ADP payroll experience. Relevant qualification is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NIC, and pension schemes. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Proven experience within a European payroll environment is critical. Excellent communication skills. Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of departmental teams. Attention to detail and organisation.
