Furthermore, the role will have the opportunity to manage and support additional international payrolls.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing:Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, adhering to Dutch payroll regulations.Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.Ensure payroll taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions are accurately calculated and processed.Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely manner.Collaborate with the pension provider for maintaining the pension obligations up-to-dateManage and provide support with UK and other international payrolls as required.HR:Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in compliance with relevant regulations.Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Apply and manage correspondence for 30% facility tax ruling for eligible consultants.Collaborate with Visa and migration related tasksCompliance and Reporting:Stay updated on Dutch labour laws, tax regulations, and other relevant legislation affecting HR and payroll processes.Prepare and submit statutory reports, including tax filings, pension contributions, and annual declarations.Managing yearly audits (NEN4400-1/SNA) and compliance reviews, maintaining accurate records and documentation
