What you will do:
As a Payroll Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for employee salary inquiries, supporting clients' employees and ensuring their payroll questions are resolved with professionalism and care.
Specifically, you will:
Provide first-line support to our customers employees, managers, and super users via email, phone, and ticketing systemsProvide support for employee salary inquiries, ensuring understanding of salary specifications in compliance with Finnish payroll lawsHelp employees understand their salary specifications and other payroll-related questionsManage and distribute incoming requests in our tickets management systemResolve or escalate cases efficiently while ensuring prompt feedback to customersAdminister user access permissions and handle internal communication tasksMaintain up-to-date customer account knowledge and contribute to team efficiencyParticipate actively in process improvements and team development initiativesWho you are: Native Finnish speaker with at least B2 level English and preferable also Swedish1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on handling sensitive information such as payroll or financial data.Have a solid understanding of Finnish work culture and payroll practices, and the ability to adapt solutions to meet local requirementsExcellent communication skills in all required languages, both written and spokenDetail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering top-notch customer serviceComfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using payroll or service management tools like ServiceNow, MyServicePoint, or similar platforms.Proactive, adaptable, and excited to take initiativeSkilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReady to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environmentA positive, solution-oriented mindset, with a healthy dose of humor and resilienceWhat we offer: Medical insurance fully covered by SD WorxFlexible pay packageTransport, internet, and mobile allowances (details shared during the interview)Laptop and all necessary equipment provided25 days of leave on a full-time basisTailored learning opportunities with an individual development plan and professional trainingCareer growth, whether you want to deepen your expertise or expand your skills across disciplines, SD Worx provides the room to grow!A chance to be part of our innovative and expanding team in MálagaA dynamic, growing environment where your ideas help shape our evolving Nordic servicesOpportunities for professional development and career progression within a global leader in payroll services.At SD Worx, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
