Payroll Assistant | [Kmo-422]

Job Purpose: Support the Operations department in administrative duties like maintaining employee records in different HR systems, maintaining time keeping tool and supporting the payroll specialist with admin tasks (letters & certificate preparation, contracts, reports, etc.
).
Responsibilities:
Maintain & update employee records (soft and hard copies)Assist in payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) following given instructions and under payroll specialist supervisionPrepare paperwork for new hiring (Contract, policies & clauses to be signed)Manage and update time keeping toolSupport in coordinating providers and checking invoices for Flex Salary managementKnowledge, Skills and Experience:
Degree in Labor Relations or FP Administrative desiredKnowledge of labor legislation desiredExcellent organizational and time-management skillsTeamwork skillsCultural Competency Requirements:
