Mission and responsibilities:
The Banking Operations Payments specialist will be responsible for supporting the BAU operative tasks and for Back Office implementation in new programs. The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Daily Payments operational tasks supervision.
External Banking Operations teams support.
Incident management.
SLA Control.
Payments Back Office implementation for new projects.
Control Model monitoring.
Reconciliations monitoring and support.
Process reviewing and documentation.
Improvements, automatizations, and efficiencies identification.
Budget management.
Collaboration with IT Teams.
To be successful in the role you must have:
+5 years of experience in a relevant position
Experience in Payments implementation projects.
Payments operational knowledge (Credit Transfer, Direct Debits, SWIFT, SEPA, Bizum).
Experience in Control Model and SLA monitoring.
Advanced English Level.
