About the RoleHelp to draft, vet, and negotiate contracts.Ensure all contracts, legal documents, and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws.Design the framework of processes and controls to be implemented by Divilo.Check that the relevant communications have been made to the Bank of Spain, as the prudential supervisor (e.g., obligations of periodic information on shareholder structure, procedures for evaluating the suitability of new members of the board, organizational structure, responsible internal control areas, systematic reporting obligations, etc.).Verify and ensure that the execution deadlines of the operations carried out by Divilo are those legally established in the applicable regulations.Verify that all information requirements formulated by the Bank of Spain are addressed in a timely manner.Give support to the Legal Department and other Departments with regulatory and legal matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law.3+ years of experience as a Lawyer or in related positions.Experience in Fintech, payments/banking industry, or a law firm specialized in the financial sector.Experience in data protection and understanding of GDPR requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Very organized and detail-oriented.Native Spanish and preferably fluent in English (C1 Level).Nice to HaveExperience in Banking Compliance.Specialized studies in Banking Compliance and/or Regulatory Law.Experience in a Startup environment.If you are interested and meet the requirements, we invite you to join the team!
