At ING we are looking for a Payments Product Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Payments Product Expert to join our Payments Delivery Area Team of Core Banking and Clients Tribe Spain.
The responsibility of this team is to provide the best solution for Payments considering customer needs, market behaviors, regulations, and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology.
Your key responsibilities: Provide a broad knowledge on ING products, services, channels, and local Payments Regulations.Be part of the delivery team to define functional requirements, participate in testing, and support before the Go-live.Control the process of the Clearing systems, solve incidents in case of errors, and provide information to support teams or providers.Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, using personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations.Represent the voice of the customer (External and internal) to improve processes.Analyze data to extract operational information for decision making, creating reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc.).Collaborate day-to-day with suppliers, detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents, and track them.Be responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset, ensuring day-to-day performance, building reliable business operations, and connecting with internal or external parties.Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure our products and services comply with regulations and policies.What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience managing complex projects.Strong English is a must have.Customer-focused and results-oriented.Strong effective presentation skills.Excellent communication skills.Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.Strong prioritization skills to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.Identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them.Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep development on track.Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles.Some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication between the Product Owner and the development team.Understanding of the end-to-end payment processing cycle, including authorization, clearing, and settlement.What do we offer?
