The Payments Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring new customers have a positive and smooth onboarding process. The successful candidate will work within the wider project team to provide a first-class service to our customers.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities:Supporting multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the Treasury Services are set up for all payrolls ready for go live.Working with the project manager and other colleagues as well as external providers and customers to ensure all tasks are completed according to the project plan.Attending and leading project meetings (internal and external) as required.Updating project records as required.Outlining standard scope of services with the customer and establishing any out of scope requirements, escalating as required.Establishing employee bank details and ensuring configuration is carried out for them to be tested.Obtaining details of statutory/third party payments from customers and ensuring all configuration is completed within agreed timescales.Creating calendar steps for the coming year to ensure all payments can be made in a timely manner.Facilitating a smooth handover to the Treasury Operations team. Attributes and Experience Required:Strong interpersonal skills to respond to customer requests effectively, being assertive where necessary when dealing with customer demands whilst maintaining a positive customer approach.Able to communicate at all levels; deal with customers, partners, providers, and internal colleagues via the telephone and email across multiple countries.Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail.Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others.Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and ways of working.Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Internet-based software essential.Experience in implementation of SAAS/Payroll/Treasury advantageous (desirable).Experience in process analysis and improvement (desirable).
